Local operation and limitations
SOS Allergo is a static website: forms are completed and converted to PDF directly in your browser.
What remains in your browser
- Answers, dates, symptoms and medications entered in the forms are not sent to a server.
- Selected photos and documents remain in the tab’s memory; only their names may appear in the PDF.
- The PDF is created locally and downloaded to your device only when requested.
- Refreshing or closing the page clears answers that have not been exported.
What the web host may still receive
- As with any website, the host may process technical connection data such as the IP address, date and requested resource.
- Technical logs must never contain questionnaire content and should be limited to what is strictly necessary.
- HTTPS, logging, retention periods and security headers must be validated with the host before publication.
After downloading the PDF
- SOS Allergo does not send the PDF automatically.
- If you print or email it, its protection then depends on your device, printer and chosen transmission method.
- Check the recipient and prefer the channel recommended by your healthcare professional.
Medical limitations
- Forms organise declared facts and do not provide a diagnosis.
- Calculated intervals and the timeline do not identify a responsible medication.
- Clinical and causality scores remain subject to professional assessment.
- In an emergency or while serious symptoms are ongoing, do not use the form to request help.
About HDS hosting
The architecture is designed so that health answers are not hosted by the website. HDS applicability nevertheless depends on the processing actually deployed and must be reassessed if storage, accounts, transmission or a third-party service is added.
